Use the current six-digit room code from the host. If the code has expired or the room has ended, ask the host to open a new lobby.

Audio previews
Check your device volume and internet connection. Preview availability can vary by song and region because playback comes from Apple-provided preview URLs.
Account or progress
Keep your Aux Battlez account ID available when contacting us. Never send your Apple ID password, device passcode, one-time code, or full payment details.
Coin purchases
Include the coin pack, approximate purchase time, and what you see in the app. Apple handles payment details; we may ask for the non-sensitive transaction information needed to investigate.
